DS PH500M STC Special Edition
A partner of the Sea Turtle Conservancy (STC) since July 2017, Certina has created a new STC special edition. The Swiss watchmaker is proud to support the environmental protection and sustainability goals of the Florida-based organization, which has been working to protect sea turtles since 1959. Its work is important and takes many different forms, ranging from research programmes and educational campaigns to relief efforts for injured or endangered animals. This watch is not only a perfect companion under water, it also contributes to sustainability. A portion of the proceeds from each model sold goes to the STC to support its work. The watch's blue textile strap is made from #tide ocean material®, which is based on plastics fished from the ocean. In addition, Certina uses fully recyclable materials for the watch box, and organic cotton and recycled polyester for the cushion inside.
